I purchased a two story house and the upstairs always so much warmer than downstairs and I worked with Greg to determine that I could adjust some vents to help get that air circulating upstairs more and we got a thermostat installed that has multiple sensors so now I can get temps for both levels of my house and adjust accordingly! Very easy to work with. Good communication. Helpful techs! When the thermostat was installed they were able to swap my furnace filter as well because they had one on hand and walked me through it for future reference to handle it on my own!

They are great to work with! Had a furnace and central air install installed from an old fuel oil furnace. It turned out the AC system was a little bit undersized, but Greg, Without hesitation, is taking care of it and getting me a bigger unit. Highly recommend them, I Haven’t been the easiest customer to deal with, and they are very patient and understanding! Thank you, Greg and team!

Triangle Tube left customers in a bind when they closed their doors and stopped all service and support to customers. No one wanted to work on my boiler but Northern came out and did the recall parts even though they had no support to help do so from Triangle Tube. They got the job done and boiler running. I think it was more of a hassle then they expected but they remained professional and courteous. Thank You!

We phoned in the morning and left a voice mail as our furnace was not heating up to what the thermostat was set at. They returned my call not even 40 minutes later and came out that afternoon to check everything and did a tune up. The person on the phone and the one who came out to do the work were very nice and personable. They will be our yearly maintenance place go to.

My husband had been doing DIY repairs on an old furnace in our house for a couple of years, but it was on its last legs. After previously having Northern Indoor Comfort install a furnace in our workshop and being pleased with their work, my husband asked them to replace the house furnace, and they did so today. We are delighted! It heats the place more quickly and thoroughly than the old one and is quieter, too. The technicians were here all day fitting the new system to our old house, and they even did upgrades to make sure the electrical connections and the outflow would be safer than those for the old furnace. They were dilligent, friendly, and thorough and took plenty of time afterwards to explain the details of the new thermostat and furnace. I’m grateful to have had them do the work, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Northern Indoor Comfort Systems installed our original geothermal well over 10 years ago and recently updated the pump for our system. Their workmanship was EXCEPTIONAL and a continuation of the skillful and conscientious service we've received over the past 10+ years. Our system continues to work without issues and keeps our stone house COMFORTABLE.
